Spetz scans each candidate’s resume and uses big data to reach out in the right platform, using the right wording and timing to achieve maximized response rate which results in shortened Time-to-Hire and dramatically improved candidate experience and employer branding.


  • Leading, growing and aspiring a team of software developers and QA engineers.

  • Taking care of all their technical and soft-skills aspects.

  • End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables.

  • Leading the design and building the product's architecture.

  • Being both a highly technical, hands-on coder and effective people manager.

  • Being a part of the company’s management, making strategic decisions on the future of the company.


  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

  • 2+ years of experience managing 5+ sized R&D teams. 

  • Solid experience in development process agile methodologies (e.g SCRUM)

  • Experience in Python, node.js, DDB, AWS Lambda - an advantage.

  • Prior experience managing engineers using modern frontend platforms (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS).

  • Hands-on experience with a frontend platform - an advantage.

  • Prior experience in Big Data and ML methodologies - an advantage.

  • Previous experience as a VP R&D in a startup - an advantage.
