Spetz Work Solution Ltd. ("Spetz", “we”, “us”, “our”) developed and operates a direct messages based software that enables direct communication between companies who recruit employees (the “Recruiting Company”) and the candidates for recruiting, throughout the recruiting process (the “Platform”).
We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protect the personal information that our users share with us.
A Recruiting Company that has entered into an agreement with Spetz is our corporate customer and the Recruiting Company’s candidates are our users (“Candidates”, “you”).
This Privacy Notice (the "Notice") describes the types of information we may collect from Candidates or that Candidates may provide when using the Platform as well as information that may be collected via our website (the “Website”). It also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining and processing such information, and the rights and options available to Candidates and users of our website with respect to their personal data on the Platform.
Please note that this Notice covers the Platform’s privacy practices in general matters. The Recruiting Company usually has an additional privacy notice explaining its own specific privacy practices related to the personal data of its candidates (the “Recruiting Company’s Notice”). DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR
The Recruiting Company is the data controller of the personal data on the Platform.
Generally, Spetz is the data processor on behalf of the Recruiting Company. However, Spetz is the data controller for Inquiry, CV and Analytics Information.
The Recruiting Company is the data controller of your personal data on the Platform. It determines the purposes and means of processing your data. You can review the Recruiting Company’s contact information in the Recruiting Company’s Notice.
Spetz is the data processor of your personal data on the Platform, as it is processing the data on behalf of the Recruiting Company. However, Spetz is the data controller for the Inquiry Information, CV Information and Analytics Information, as explained below.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
We process information about you that we receive from the Recruiting Company, relating to your candidacy.
We process the information of the communications performed through our Platform.
We process information you provide us when you submit an inquiry on our Website or request a demo of our service.
We process the following information about you that we receive from the Recruiting Company: your first name and mobile telephone number. We may also process additional information about you if the Recruiting Company chooses to share it with us: full name, address, email address, gender, date of birth and other information included in your resume.
Your personal data on Spetz can also originate from other sources, such as recruiting platforms used by the Recruiting Company during your recruiting process. For more information about the source from which your personal data originates, contact the Recruiting Company, in accordance with the Recruiting Company’s Notice.
We process the information of the communications performed through our Platform, between you and the Recruiting Company. we refer to all of the information mentioned above as “Candidate Information”.
When using our Website, you can submit an inquiry through our online contact form or by calling or writing to us. You may also request a demo of our service. When contacting us or requesting a demo, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic of your inquiry and the text of your message. The mandatory fields for completion will be marked. We refer to this entire data as “an inquiry on our Website or request a demo of our service. Information”.
We process information you provide us when you apply for an open position at our company.
You may apply for career opportunities at Spetz through the Website. To do so, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and a copy of your résumé (curriculum vitae - CV). The CV you submit will typically include your personal information. We refer to this entire data as “CV Information”.
We also collect analytics information about your use of the Platform and Website.
When you use the Platform and Website, we record and collect certain information about your interaction with the Platform and Website, including the IP address from which you access the Platform or Website, time and date of access, type of browser used, language used, links clicked, and actions taken while using the Platform or Website ("Analytics Information").
HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS USED
The Recruiting Company will use your personal data to communicate with you throughout the recruiting process and to evaluate and consider you as a candidate for an open position.
The Recruiting Company will use your Candidate Information to communicate with you throughout the recruiting process and to evaluate and consider you as a candidate for an open position in accordance with its own processes and policies for recruiting new employees.
We will turn your personal data to fully anonymized data for statistical purposes for developing and enhancing our Platform.
When the Recruiting Company determines that the recruiting process is completed, we may process your personal data by turning it into a fully anonymized and aggregated data and then use it for statistical purposes for developing and enhancing our Platform.
To respond to and handle your inquiry.
We will use your Inquiry Information to contact you about your inquiry and handle your inquiry.
To consider your application for an open position.
We will use your CV Information to review your candidacy, consider you for the open position (or other relevant open positions we may have), and update you as to the status of your candidacy. However, submitting your candidacy for an open position does not obligate Spetz to review your candidacy, consider you for an open position or update you as to the status of your candidacy.
We will use your Analytics Information for enhancing and developing the Platform and Website.
Spetz will use the Analytics Information for its quality assurance and for development and enhancement of the Platform. We will use the Analytics Information collected via our Website to improve the Website, our email communications and the products and services we offer to customers. We also use the Analytical Information to adapt the Website or Platform (as applicable), its content, our services, and our email communications to users' preferences. Finally, we will use the Analytics Information to understand the market in which Spetz operates in and for managerial reporting and business planning.
WHO WILL PROCESS YOUR DATA
We will not share your information with third parties, except in the events listed below or when you provide us your explicit and informed consent.
We will share your information with our service providers helping us operate the Platform.
We will share your personal information with our service providers who assist us with the internal operations of the Platform. These companies are authorized to use your personal information in this context only as necessary to provide these services to us and not for their own promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We will share your Information with competent authorities, if you abuse your right to use the Platform, or violate any applicable law.
If you have abused your rights to use the Platform, or violated any applicable law, we may share your information with competent authorities and with third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling of the violation or breach.

If we are required to disclose your information by a judicial, governmental or regulatory authority.
We will share your Information with third-parties in any event of change in Spetz’s structure.

SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION
Details of the data retention periods of are explained in the Recruiting Company’s Notice.
The retention periods for your Candidate Information and the criteria used to determine them, are specified by the Recruiting Company. Spetz will retain your personal data in accordance with the Recruiting Company’s instructions. Please review the Recruiting Company’s Notice for more information about its specified retention periods.
Upon receiving notice from the Recruiting Company that the recruiting process is completed, we will delete your Candidate Information.
Once the Recruiting Company notify us that the recruiting process is completed, we will delete your personal data, or turn it into a fully anonymized data, within one month of the notice.
We will retain your Inquiry information and CV Information for as long as we need it to operate the Website and interact with customers, and thereafter as needed for record-keeping matters.
We will retain your Inquiry Information and CV Information for the duration needed to support our ordinary business activities operating the Website and interacting with existing and potential customers and with job applicants. Thereafter, we will still retain your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish and defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.
We implement measures to secure your Information
We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures do not provide absolute information security. Therefore, although efforts are made to secure your personal information, it is not guaranteed, and you cannot expect that the Platform will be immune from information security risks.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We will internationally transfer your Information only in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If we transfer your personal data for processing at locations outside your jurisdiction, we will abide by data transfer rules applicable to these situations.

The legal basis under EU law for processing your Analytics Information is our legitimate interest in maintaining, developing and enhancing the Platform.
The legal basis for collecting and processing your Inquiry Information is our legitimate interests in responding to your inquiry.
The legal basis under EU law for processing your CV Information is us taking pre-contractual steps in evaluating your application for an open position, as well as our legitimate interests in maintaining recruitment records, facilitating the selection process, conducting reference checks, communicating with you, and internal management and defending legal claims.
The legal basis under EU law for processing your data for the purpose of handling instances of abusive use of the Platform is our legitimate interests in defending and enforcing against violations and breaches that are harmful to our business.
The legal basis under EU law for processing your data where we are legally required to share it, is our legitimate interests in complying with mandatory legal requirements imposed on us.
The legal basis under EU law for us processing your data in the event of a change in our corporate structure is our legitimate interests in our business continuity.
You have the right to access, update or delete your information and obtain a copy of your information.
If you are in the EU, you may ask the Recruiting Company to access the personal information about you that is stored on the Platform, or have the Recruiting Company update, correct or delete such information.
You are also entitled to obtain from the Recruiting Company your information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit this data to another data controller.

Information we collect from you will generally be processed within the EU and in Israel which is recognized by the European Commission as having adequate protection for personal data.
If we transfer your information from the EU to other jurisdictions outside the EU, we will do so using adequate safeguards determined by the EU Commission, such as Privacy-Shield certified companies in the United States.
You have a right to submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory data protection authority.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. The Platform is not directed to Candidates under 18.
The Platform is not directed to users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use the Platform. The Recruiting Company has its own policies regarding underaged Candidates.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
If we change this Notice, we and the Recruiting Company will make efforts to proactively notify you of such changes.
From time to time, we may change this Notice. If we do so, we and the Recruiting Company will make efforts to proactively notify you of such changes. In any event, the latest version of the Notice will always be accessible at email@example.com.
